Month-to-Month Subscriptions:
We do not offer refunds for month-to-month subscription packages. These packages are billed on a recurring monthly basis, and clients may cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Annual Packages:
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have purchased an annual package and are not satisfied with the service after 60 days of continuous use, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds for annual subscriptions will only be considered if:
- You have used our services for at least 60 consecutive days.
- You provide valid feedback and reasons for dissatisfaction.
- You have allowed our team the opportunity to address and resolve any concerns prior to the request.
